To ensure a safe, comfortable, and pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request you to read and follow the rules and regulations of Hotel Sea Tides.
Check-in & Identification
- ID Requirement: A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport.
- Accepted ID Proofs:
- Passport (mandatory for international travelers)
- Driver’s License
- State-issued ID Card
- Aadhaar Card (India)
- Age Policy: The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check in.
- Booking Confirmation: Guests must provide valid reservation details including name, stay dates, and room type.
- Check-in Time: 12:00 Noon
- Check-out Time: 11:00 AM (Next Day)
Room Usage & Guest Conduct
- Security: Guests are advised to lock doors and windows while leaving the room or sleeping.
- Quiet Hours: Silence should be maintained between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM to respect other guests.
- Prohibited Activities: Use of drugs, gambling, or any illegal activities is strictly prohibited and may result in penalties or eviction.
- Illegal Items: Weapons, explosives, flammable or hazardous materials are not allowed on hotel premises.
- Visitors: All visitors must be registered at the front desk and may be subject to time restrictions.
Hotel Property & Liability
- Property Damage: Guests will be held responsible for any damage or loss to hotel property during their stay.
- Valuables: The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of guest belongings. Guests are requested to safeguard their valuables at their own risk.
Specific Prohibitions
- Pets: Pets are not allowed inside the hotel premises.
- In-Room Appliances: Personal heaters, irons, hot plates, or similar electrical appliances are not permitted.
- Hazardous Goods: Storage or use of dangerous chemicals, explosives, or flammable substances is strictly forbidden.
Common Areas & Services
- Surveillance Cameras: CCTV cameras are installed only in public areas for security purposes and not inside rooms or bathrooms.
- Parking: The hotel is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of vehicles parked on the premises.
